Beer will NOT be left unattended outside properties. If you’re unable to receive your order at time of delivery, your delivery will be rescheduled to next open delivery day. You must show valid ID at time of delivery.

Coffee Pilsner - 5%
Plot Twist is a Pilsner brewed with locally roasted coffee beans from Little Sister Coffee Maker. This beer is light and crisp with slight roasty and coffee flavours.
Blood Orange Wheat - 5%
Carmilla Blood Orange Wheat Beer is brewed by the women at Sookram’s for International Women’s Brew Day. It is an approachable Wheat Beer brewed with Amarillo and Citra hops, as well as Blood Oranges, to impart fruit and citrus flavours.
A portion of the proceeds of this beer will be donated to North End Women’s Centre.
Imperial Stout - 10.5%
Star Beast is a complex and full-bodied imperial stout with hints of dark chocolate, molasses, and a resinous hop bite.
IPA - 6.5%
Cast away the mainland as you dive into this India Pale Ale. Desert Island IPA has intense hop flavours and aromas of peach, mango, and tropical fruit.
California Common - 5%
The beer that started us on our journey - this amber lager has flavours of caramel, toasted malt and a slightly fruity finish. MacGuffin is golden-amber in colour and is lightly hopped with Northern Brewer hops.
Imperial Stout - 10.5%
This full-bodied Imperial Stout is inspired by the Trinidadian Black Cake. This beer features flavours of vanilla, citrus peel, cinnamon and brandy soaked dark fruit.
This hot sauce was styled after Tony’s traditional Trinidadian hot sauce. Using scotch bonnets and habaneros, and with the addition of guava paste. This hot sauce brings the heat but its not overpowering.
Printed locally at Floodway, these pull over hoodies have a Sookram’s logo on the front left and along the right arm.

Dry Hopped Sour - 4.7%
Blastoff to the Cosmos with this dry hopped sour. Cosmos has a burst of citrus, fuzzy peach, and lemon - creating a sour ale layered with tropical fruit aromatics and refreshing tartness.
Pilsner - 5%
Cult Classic is a pale, golden lager full of crisp hops and bready malt. The zesty spice and floral notes from the hops balance the malt sweetness before this Pilsner’s crisp finish.
Pale Ale - 4.5%
Eternal Sunshine Pale Ale is hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Cryo Citra hops. This sessionable pale ale is full of citrus aromatics from the hops and has a refreshingly balanced fruitiness.
Italian Pilsner - 5%
A pale and crisp beer with smooth bitterness from generous use of Noble hops. These hops help enhance the floral aroma from a dry hop addition.
Hazy IPA - 5.5%
This IPA has stone fruit, citrus, and grapefruit flavours. We also brought the malt to the party on this IPA to give it a nice balance.
Fruit Sour - 5%
A symphony of all the berries. We added raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, and acai to this batch of Cosmos. A fruity universe in every can.
